AND I HELLA LEARNED SOME STUFF!!! [28 Dec 2004|06:59pm] [ mood | giggly ] [ music | T.V. ] ok! so im at youth group with my friend melanie and her boyfriend robbie. and it was kinda ending and people were just hanging out. and theres this drum set there. and. omG its nice. sooooooo!! i go and start playing right? and i play for like 30min. and start to play this song that i made up. totally made up. like from scratch. and i think its fuckin sick. so i start playing it. beginning to end. over and over. so eventually i play it and i stop because were about to leave. i go to melanie and i was like "did you hear me?" and shes like "yeah you sounded good. like really good" and i was like "yeah i only have the drums, my high hat and one cymbol. so i improvise for a lot of stuff." (the drum set at youth group was a full drum set.) then melanies like "yeah thats cool." THEN! omG. like right when me and melanie stopped talking this chick comes up to me and is like "do you just play the drums here or do you have one at your house?" and i said "oh i have one at my house." then shes like "oh thats cool. yeah you sounded really good. that was amazing how long have you been drumming for?" and i said "oh since august." then shes like "wow that was amazing. thats some real talent you got there." then she walked away. SHE SAID AMAZING!!!!!!!!! AMAZING!!!!!OHHH MY GOOOOOD!!!!!! AMAZING AND TALENT IN THE SAME SENTENCE!!! HOLY SHIT!!!!!! then i was like "dude melanie, do you think shes just saying that?" then melanies like "no i dont think someone would say that to you if you sucked." then the chick CAME BACK and was like "yeah if you sucked i just wouldn't say anything." OMG HIGHLIGHT OF MY YEAR!!! MILLENIUM!!! DECADE!!!! SCORE!!! OMG!!! TALENT!! [23 Dec 2004|10:08pm] [ mood | eh ] well i have just recently found out that my computer is slow as fuck! and that its impossible to check my email. i think the only things that i am actually ABLE to check are my xanga, and livejournal. its kinda weird but whatever. i finally got my christmas shopping done!!! whooo hooo!!! there pretty funny too. hehehehe. ok so heres a story. im hangin with my friend sarah at oakridge mall, and we somehow got on the topic of music, and i was like "dude im gonna be famous" and shes like "what?" and im like "yeah im gonna be famous, just watch, im gonna be a famous drummer." then shes like "ok honesltly i think ur gonna be another sully, (from godsmack) and everybody's gonna love your music, and your gonna become famous." it was cool yeah. i know kinda strange, but it was a confidence booster. some other people think i can make it too. mostly me. but thats ok. i BELIEVE! and i guess thats all that counts is just faith in what you do or yourself for that matter. anywaaaaaay. i went to breanna's house today...and i ate her...BREAKFAST! hahaha pervs! lol. but i went there and i ate, and we talked and ate and talked and ate and ate and ate. and ate. it was cool. then i spent like my life at stupid oakridge. well. besides all that junk im sure you would want to hear more...ok! well my foots not getting better. which sucks. i dont think im going back to wrestling :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:( major bummer. yeaaah....ok post comment
